how to make this wallpaper:
fill the background with black color.create a new transparent layer. select a love shaped brush.you can download it from internet or you can make it by yourself using pen tool. now place the heart shape brush on new layer with color shown above.make another three copies of this layer. now rate each layer with proper angle using transformation tool and attach them as shown in right side of the wallpaper. now merge all layers of heart shape into one layer.
now make a copy of this layer. make it large using transformation tool and decrease its opacity. bring down this copied layer from original layer. now apply outer glow with white color.
.put it as your pc wallpaper.it looks very simple and beautiful and makes your pc looking cool.
