fill the fallowing background color. select a brush of squares as shown above. create a new transparent layer. use the brush with white color and adjust brush parameters like scattering spacing and size dynamics. now decrease the opacity of the layer to a value between 50 and 60. again create a new transparent layer. do same with the brush and now, dont vary the opacity of this layer.leave as is.
